1. The Ordering Party requires that the prepared technical documentation be prepared in accordance with the technical conditions resulting from the applicable legal provisions indicated in point. 6. It is also necessary to develop 1 additional solution consisting in the use of supports supporting the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling described in the technical study. 4. The contracting authority shall make available the technical expertise of the St. Peter's Primary School building. John Paul II in Chodów made in order to make it possible to adapt the cellars of the school to perform the function of the Ministry of the Environment for the civilian population (Annex 9) 5. It is recommended that the Contractor obtains all the information that may be necessary for the preparation of the tender and the conclusion of the contract. Each Contractor shall bear full responsibility for the consequences of the lack or erroneous recognition of the conditions for the performance of the contract.
