… Hospital building (until 30.06.2029), No 3 - execution of mechanical ventilation with air conditioning at the stationary and daily ward of psychiatry in the Old Hospital building (until 31.12.2027); total value of bids by contractors of works PLN 33 777 303.24 gross. The scope of supervision includes: reviewing contracts and annexes with works contractors, verification of material and financial schedules, control and supervision of design studies of works contractors, performing the duties of investor supervision inspector (compliance, quality control, acceptance of disappearing, partial and final works), verification of additional and replacement works, acceptance of financial settlements and reports of works contractors, coordination and reporting for the entire Programme in the layout required by the grant agreement (including quarterly settlements of progress), coordination of acceptance documentation and participation in the acceptance of bodies (PPIS, PSP, PINB), as well as participation in warranty reviews within 60 months of final acceptance of each Task. The contractor appoints a supervision inspector in the construction and construction specialty as the coordinator (Article 27 of the Construction Law).
