… Murnej’, dewatering of ul. Murna, for which a rain sewer with a diameter of 200 PVC bottoms was designed on the section from the existing S10 well to the existing S7 well (with a length of 68.6 m). For plot No. 177/2, area 4 of the city of Kowalewo Pomorskie, 6 D400 class outlets (individual outlets) were designed. Due to the existing state of armament of the site, it is necessary to perform rain sewerage as a floor on the existing channel ks200 on the section S10-S7, analogous to the construction solution found in Kowalewo Pomorskie (floor sewerage, with a sanitary sewerage channel at the bottom). According to the above, part of the existing wells will be rebuilt, and the part will be made as completely new wells. The drainage must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation attached to this procedure. 4. As part of the task entitled The ‘reconstruction of Murna Street in Kowalewo Pomorskie’ provides for the reconstruction of a municipal road with a length of 71.67 m and a width of 3.60 m to 5.85 m. The road surface is designed partly from openwork slabs and partly from concrete cubes due to drainage. On the above-mentioned section, annealing and demolition of the existing surface should be carried out, in the next stage, the foundation and surface should be made in accordance with the structural cross-section included in the design documentation. Predicted road surface of openwork slabs – 225m2, and of concrete cube – 133m2. The construction works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation annexed to the present proceedings. 5. The Contractor is responsible for conducting archaeological research during construction works in accordance with the decision of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Provincial Conservator of Monuments, ul. Łazienna 8, 87 – 100 Toruń No ZAR.29.2026 of 10 February 2026, and all the measures referred to in the above-mentioned decision. 6. The contracting authority requires an inventory of each of the layers indicated in the structural section to be attached to the as-built documentation for approval – a section every 10 cm along the entire length of the section. 7. Concrete cube and curbs (reusable) obtained from demolition should be placed on a pallet and handed over to the Ordering Party. 8. In the case of documentation concerning point 2, only the implementation of drainage at ul. Murna in Kowalewo Pomorskie. The proper names given (origin, producer, etc.) are merely incidental to the basic parameters and characteristics of the materials used. Equivalent solutions may be used. An equivalent product is one that has the same functional characteristics as the specific product from the name or origin indicated in the documentation. Its quality must not be inferior to the quality of a specific product and should have parameters not inferior to the indicated product.
