… existing rainwater drains, drain pipes and sewage connections on the section of the rebuilt rainwater channel; 7) reconstruction of the existing outlet draining rainwater to the Rypinkowski Canal; 8) pavement reconstruction works after the construction works carried out on the basis of a pavement reconstruction project developed by the Contractor and agreed with the Municipal Road Administration in Kalisz with regard to the course of the designed rain channel; 9. other accompanying works necessary for the proper performance of the contract. N.B.: 1) Before commencing construction works, the Contractor is obliged to draw up and agree with the Municipal Road Administration in Kalisz a project for the temporary organisation of traffic for the time of carrying out works in the road lane and for the time of restoring the surface (in accordance with letter WU.423.88.1.2024 of 21 February 2025 of the Municipal Road Administration in Kalisz constituting an annex to the construction project). 2) The entire work related to the implementation of the task should be carried out successively, without unnecessary interruptions, ensuring their comprehensiveness, aimed at the overall execution of pavement sections. 3) During the performance of the contract, the Contractor should ensure access to and passage to buildings (townhouses) and provide access to the property. For the duration of the works, the site should be secured so as to prevent access by outsiders to the construction site. 4) Before starting construction works, it is necessary to inform the local residents and users of the premises about the difficulties resulting from the performance of works. 5) Earthworks will be carried out under the supervision of an archaeologist who acts in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to follow the instructions of the archaeologist. 6) The contractor will provide the necessary utilities (including water, electricity) to service the construction site on its own and at its own expense for the duration of the construction works.
