What the buyer is looking for

1. 2. Equivalent solutions. 1) The Ordering Party allows the inclusion in the offer and then the use of equivalent solutions - consisting in the use of materials and equipment other than those provided in the design documentation, provided that all parameters are not worse than those specified in this documentation. … documents confirming the technical parameters and comparative analysis, from which it will be unequivocally apparent that they are fully equivalent to the solutions indicated in the documentation of the procedure. If the Contractor does not submit documents on the use of other materials and equipment in the tender, it shall be understood that the materials and equipment proposed in the technical documentation for this procedure are included in the calculation of the price of the tender. ‘Parameters’ means functional and quality characteristics (including compliance with the standards referred to in the documentation describing the subject-matter of the contract), purpose, materials, safety and strength. If the equivalent solutions referred to above are offered, the tender must be accompanied by documents (e.g. technical descriptions, data sheets, declarations of conformity) describing the materials and equipment proposed to confirm that the use of the materials and equipment proposed by the Contractor as equivalent meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 2) The contracting authority shall allow solutions equivalent to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems described in the contract documentation, in accordance with Art. 4 of the PPL Act. 3) Detailed description of the order includes:  project documentation (Annex No 10,14);  Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (Annex 11,15). The detailed scope of works is included in the work schedule (Annex 12.16), but the work schedules are only ancillary, enabling the contractor to evaluate the planned works. The investor does not envisage increasing the scope of works beyond what is included in the metering, technical description and land development. Required order completion date: up to 7 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not longer than until 18.12.2026. 2. The planned project is a linear investment of local scope and consists in the construction of a forest road in Żarki, Żarki commune. The length of the planned road is 612.48mb and in addition, as part of a separate study, the exit from the provincial road No 789 will be reconstructed on the basis of the conditions issued for the reconstruction of the exit, ref. WD-U.6015.Z-207.2026.JMAS.9114.26 of 16.06.2026 . Visual inspection of the road surface indicates its poor condition. The road does not meet the standards of the fire route it is to become. Therefore, the corroding and profiling of the existing surface is designed to make the assumed longitudinal and transverse profile. Next, we designed a layer of cement stabilization foundation from a 15cm Rm-5MPa feed, a bottom layer of broken fraction aggregate 0 - 63 mm thick 30 cm thick after compaction and a top layer of broken fraction aggregate 0 - 31.5 mm thick 10 cm thick after compaction. The top layer will be made on the entire surface of the roadway and shoulder. Designed fliers with a structure identical to the construction of the roadway. Both sides of broken aggregate 0-31,5mm with a layer thickness of 10cm at a width of 0,50m were designed. Economic conventions are not planned. The entire road body closes the headband from the ground r
