As part of the construction works carried out in connection with the performance of works in an active building, it is necessary to develop and secure the area of works consisting of: - separating the area on which the work will be carried out in a way that prevents access by outsiders; during the execution of the works, the Contractor shall provide and install the necessary guards and fencing to cover the work area as much as possible and temporary protections such as: dams, warning signs, barriers, etc., The cost of securing the site of works is not subject to separate payment and is assumed to be included in the contract price (indirect costs). - organising the facilities for the works, including the storage part, - accepting full responsibility by the Contractor for the materials, tools and equipment located on the site of the works, and for the safety of persons located on the site of the works; - clean-up works after completion of works. - preparing in one copy and handing over at the end of the works to the Ordering Party attestations, approvals, certificates and declarations of conformity for the built-in materials; - re-assembly of dismantled items of equipment for the duration of the renovation works; execution of final works
