Stage III of implementation includes in particular: final post-production of accepted editing versions, preparation of all required graphic, sound and accessibility elements, making final result files and handing over a set of 22 films for reception. 4. Deadline for completion of the subject of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 30.06.2028 at the latest, whereby: 4.1. maximum deadline for the first stage: 20.10.2026, 4.2. maximum deadline for the second phase: 30.07.2027, 4.3. maximum deadline for implementation of phase three: 30.06.2028 5. Due to the fact that the subject of the contract is carried out as part of the project "Increasing the competences of doctors and doctors through improvement training using medical simulation" and is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, the deadlines for implementation have been set in accordance with the project schedule. This schedule secures the requirement to implement the project in accordance with its objectives, including the need to spend 25% of the value of the entire project within an appropriate timeframe, and is designed together with the schedule of other tasks that are directly related to the subject matter of this contract. 6. The deadline for submitting the implementation concept will be within a maximum of ten [10] working days from the date of submission by the Employer of all substantive content, including source materials, descriptions of procedures, clinical scenarios, expert guidelines and other documents necessary to prepare the concept. 7. The deadline specified in point 6 of the Announcement is the maximum deadline for submitting the implementation concept. The contractor may include in the tender a shorter time limit for the implementation concept, but not shorter than: two [ 2 ] working days from the date of submission of all substantive content, including source materials, descriptions of procedures, clinical scenarios, expert guidelines and other documents necessary for the preparation of the concept, Chapter I, point. 19.2.2. SWZ shall apply.
