… including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) providing the necessary technical description of the subject of the contract (in Polish), 4) providing with the vehicle the required instructions for the installed equipment and equipment in Polish and a set of documents necessary for the registration of the vehicle (applies to part 1), 5) marking the vehicle with Annex 1 (applies to part 1), 6) training the persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the economic operation of the vehicle (ecodriving) - (applies to part 1) 7) providing with the rescue equipment the instruction manual in Polish, certificates, declarations of conformity or other documents required in accordance with the applicable regulations (applies to part 2). 8) training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of service, use and basic operation of the delivered equipment (applies to part 2) 9) The costs of all materials necessary to conduct training shall be borne by the Contractor 10) The vehicle referred to in this contract, built and equipped must meet all the requirements of applicable regulations, including: Road Traffic Act (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251, as amended), together with the provisions implementing this Act. 4.3.
