Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa używanego średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Chociwiu. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym wymagane parametry techniczne i wyposażenie, zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Oferowany pojazd musi być kompletny, sprawny technicznie, wolny od wad fizycznych i prawnych. Pojazd musi spełniać wymagania przepisów o ruchu drogowym pozwalające na jego rejestrację na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej jako pojazdu specjalnego oraz posiadać dokumentację niezbędną do rejestracji. Pojazd musi ponadto spełniać przesłanki określone w art. 7a ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 24 sierpnia 1991 r. o ochronie przeciwpożarowej (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 188) i być objęty pozytywną opinią techniczną wydaną dla tego egzemplarza przez instytut badawczy Państwowej Straży Pożarnej.
