Zakres prac obejmuje w szczególności odbiór dokumentacji i jej zabezpieczenie, kwalifikowanie dokumentacji, jej uporządkowanie, sporządzenie ewidencji w systemie informatycznym Zamawiającego, zwanym dalej Systemem informatycznym, prawidłowe opisanie jednostek archiwalnych oraz transport do wskazanej przez Zamawiającego lokalizacji.
