Due to the execution of construction works on the premises of the operating Primary School No. 3 in Kępno and the Łabądek Nursery in Kępno, the Contracting Authority divides the execution of works into three stages. The execution of construction works should start from stage 1. The next step is stage 2 and finally stage 3. The transition to carrying out construction works in the next stage is possible only if the construction works are completed in the previous stage and it is possible to obtain an occupancy permit. The contracting authority pays particular attention to the fact that some of the construction works in the third stage are carried out in two patios.
