What the buyer is looking for
The use of a "Closed covered" macro-lot is justified in the consultation regulation. A site visit is mandatory for lot 01. The offer of a candidate who has not carried out this visit will be declared irregular. Compulsory visits will take place on the following dates only: 04/11/26 (10h), 10/11/26 (14h), 20/11/26 (14h) and 26/11/26 (10h). Prior appointments must be made in accordance with the procedures set out in the consultation rules. The contract includes a clause on the occupational integration of groups far from employment. The public contract will take effect from the date of its notification and will end at the end of the year of full completion, if necessary extended. Notification of the public contract will serve as a service order for the start of the works, including the stage of preparation of the site, supply and completion of the works. The estimated duration of the works is 26 months. The various deadlines for performance of the contract are specified in the CCTP.
