… the quantities actually ordered and carried out up to the following amounts: minimum annual amount of EUR 50 000 excluding tax; maximum annual amount of EUR 600 000 excluding tax. The contracting authority reserves the right subsequently to entrust the holder of the framework agreement, pursuant to Articles L.2122-1 and R.2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, with one or more new framework agreements for the performance of similar services. The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year, possibly renewable 3 times, but may not exceed 4 years. As an indication, the amounts ordered over the last periods of performance of the framework agreement are as follows: 1st period (25/03/2022 to 24/03/2023): EUR 191 168.50 excl.
