What the buyer is looking for

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing order forms. The contract may be renewed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the tender specifications. The initial period is 12 months renewable 3 times for the same duration, i.e. 48 months in total. The services are paid for by unit prices. The maximum amounts are: EUR 120 000 excl. tax per period, i.e. EUR 480 000 excl. tax over the duration of the framework agreement. This contract concerns the supply and delivery of cold-linked meals, packaged in individual trays, intended for recipients of the service of carrying meals at home (elderly persons, persons with loss of autonomy or persons with disabilities). Delivery by the provider must be made to the town hall of Crolles, the community ensuring bagging and final delivery to home
