The subject of this contract is the state of play of the processing of organic perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants (ppam) in France and foreign competition. The objective of this study is to characterise the transformations into organic of several species of ppam, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the organic ppam sector and providing avenues for expanding outlets and improving the competitiveness of the French organic ppam sector. For each species, the main foreign competitors will have to be identified and characterized. As far as possible, flows of these organic ppam species to and from France should be presented. The study should build on existing studies.
