What the buyer is looking for

Demolition works, total or partial, of buildings belonging to the Collectivité de Saint-Martin or acquired by it during the term of the framework agreement, and of buildings of third parties affected by an order of danger or safety when the Collectivité has the works carried out ex officio. The services include preparatory work (site installation, fencing, clearing, research and neutralisation of networks), demolition, sorting, disposal and recovery of waste to authorised installations, ancillary masonry work and land reclamation. The removal of asbestos-containing materials is the subject of a separate contract. The framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum amount, with a maximum amount of EUR 3 000 000 over 36 months, with no more than three holders, to whom the order forms shall be awarded in turn. The first purchase order concerns the demolition of the old school on the Seaside in Marigot.
