What the buyer is looking for

The Framework Agreement shall take effect from its notification until 1 January 2028, may be renewed tacitly for a first period of 12 months, and thereafter for a second period of 6 months, and may thus end on 30 June 2029. Renewal shall be deemed to have been accepted if no written decision to the contrary is taken by the contracting authority at least six months before the end of the period of validity of the framework agreement. The holder may not refuse to renew. Order forms issued during the period of validity of the framework agreement may not be executed beyond a period of 6 months after the end date of this renewed framework agreement, i.e. 31 December 2029.
