What the buyer is looking for

For lots 1 to 6: the framework agreement is concluded for a period of forty-eight (48) calendar months from 1 July 2027. The framework agreement is not renewable. For lots 7 to 54, the framework agreement is concluded for a period of twelve (12) calendar months from 1 July 2027. It may be tacitly renewed for a period of twelve (12) months up to a maximum of three (3) renewals, unless the contracting authority expressly decides not to renew it and takes a written decision not to renew it, which it shall notify to the Contractor two (2) months before the contract expires. Each lot taken individually is thus renewable. The Contractor may not refuse to renew the contract. He is not entitled to any compensation as a result of the non-renewal decision. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed four (4) years.
