The subject of this contract is the acquisition of software licences enabling the extension of the collaborative 3D modelling, project management and simulation platform ‘Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE systems’ already used at the University of Aix-Marseille. -This is a single-awarded framework agreement executed as and when order forms are issued pursuant to the provisions of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code (this is the new name of the "purchase order contract concluded with an economic operator"). -This is a renewable contract (Article R2112-4 of the Public Order Code) The contract takes effect on the date on which it is notified by the contractor for an initial period of 12 firm months. … authority decides not to renew the contract, it shall inform the contractor of its decision no later than 2 months before the end of validity of the contract by letter (LRAR or via the PLACE platform). Failure to renew the contract shall not entitle the contractor to any indemnity or compensation. The Contractor shall be bound by his contractual obligations until the end of the period of validity of the current contract. The framework agreement does not contain a minimum threshold but contains a maximum threshold: Maximum threshold: 1 000 000 € HT/per year This maximum threshold corresponds to the maximum budget of the University over the year.
