What the buyer is looking for
The city of Saint-Raphaël does not have the material, human and pound premises accessible to the public to ensure the services of removal, impoundment and return of vehicles, wishes to use a delegation of public service. These services concern vehicles on the estate in breach of the Highway Code (in particular annoying or dangerous parking, vehicles abandoned or left without rights) and are carried out at the request of the competent authorities, including on private premises under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force. The vehicles concerned include two-, three- and four-wheel vehicles, caravans and trailers, and heavy-duty vehicles. The Agreement shall take effect on 14 December 2026 or from its date of notification, whichever is the later. It shall be concluded for a fixed period of four (4) years from the date on which it takes effect.
