The product groups consist of the c-marking of drones as well as accessories and accessories. CATEGORIES OF PRODUCTS: - Drone/C1 - Drone/C2 - Drone/C3 - Accessories The total benchmark price consists of the prices offered for the products to be procured and the estimated quantities to be procured for the years 2027-2029, as well as the prices of some essential accessories and supplies and their estimated quantities to be procured for the years 2027-2029. By its tender, the tenderer undertakes to comply with all the conditions set out in the invitation to tender. The contracting entity shall have the right to verify the information provided by the tenderer in the tender documents before taking a procurement decision. If the information provided is incorrect, the tender will be rejected. Unless otherwise stated in the documents, the general terms and conditions of public procurement for goods (JYSE 2025 TAVARAT) apply. The contract is for a fixed term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. Thereafter, the contract shall continue for an indefinite period with six (6) months' notice.,
