A framework agreement will be formed on the basis of competitive tendering and two (2) framework contract suppliers will be selected. The selected contractors will be used in order of preference, with orders placed primarily from the most economically advantageous bidder (first supplier). If the primary supplier is unable to meet the customer's needs, the filler is ordered from the second supplier of the framework agreement. For large projects, specific tenders may be requested from framework contractors. The contract does not contain an obligation to purchase by quantity, but the product is purchased according to the customer's needs.
