… continuous support, maintenance and incident management services. The solution should enable the centralized processing of calls and e-mails, the management of work queues and handler responsibilities, the classification, monitoring and reporting of contacts, as well as the necessary integrations and interfaces. The subject of the procurement, the Customer's operating environment, users, estimated contact volumes, limits, commissioning and other delivery conditions are described in more detail in the appendices to the invitation to tender. The procurement does not include the tendering of telephone subscriptions or operator services or the implementation of a separate data warehouse and reporting solution. The procurement includes the implementation of the service, which covers the implementation project of the SaaS system in accordance with the appendices to the contract, the development and implementation of the system-related integrations, as well as related consulting and training services. The detailed content, tasks, responsibilities and schedule of the commissioning project are specified in the appendices to the invitation to tender. The Customer has the right, but not the obligation, to order expert services related to the SaaS system that is the subject of the procurement from the Supplier during the contract period. Professional services may be related to the development or expansion of the system. The Customer shall decide on the use of the option services and on the timing, content and scope of the services to be ordered in accordance with its own needs. The customer does not commit to ordering expert services or any minimum purchase amount. The contract is valid for twelve (12) months on a fixed-term basis. The contract ends without notice at the end of the period, unless the Subscriber decides to exercise the option period. The subscriber has the right to extend the contract for two (2) twelve (12)-month option periods by notifying the Supplier of the exercise of the option no later than three (3) months before the end of the fixed-term contract period or the current option period.,
