For Component 1, we select one supplier. In sub-area 2, we select a maximum of 2 suppliers in order of preference. The key terms and conditions of the contract are agreed in such a binding manner that the contract can be performed during the contract period in the same way as the contract (cf. the multi-supplier framework agreement in which the terms and conditions are laid down): the price is fixed in a binding and fixed manner in the procurement procedure, leaving only the details of the exact quantity of services/products to be procured and the ordering and delivery of those services/products open.
