What the buyer is looking for
The measure concerns the Klaus-Groth-Straße 17-27 property in the north-east of the city of Lüneburg, which is owned by the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks. The entire construction has an area of approximately 6,270 sqm and extends over the parcels 8/26, 8/27, 8/28, 8/29 and 8/30. On the property are three recently renovated line buildings from the 1950s, each with two house entrances. The tendered measure is a general renovation of all sewer lines with shafts (dirt and rainwater, separation system) on the property Klaus-Groth-Straße 17-27 in Lüneburg. The apartment buildings on the property have been extensively renovated in recent years, which means that all drainage and sewage points on and in the building are specified. In addition, retention basins for rainwater are produced south of the three buildings on the property, which are connected to the rainwater channel with an emergency overflow. As part of this upgrade, a new outdoor lighting concept will also be implemented for the entire property, consisting of mast and bollard lights. In addition, a new transformer system will be built on the parking areas in the eastern area of the property, connecting eight 11 kW charging stations, which will also be built as part of the measure. The three buildings are fully rented and inhabited, which means that all 6 house entrances must be accessible and secured at all times during the entire construction period. The playground and the existing garage buildings in the parcel are not part of the measure. The roof drainage of the garage buildings is only connected to the new rainwater channel. Damages in the existing asphalt pavement of the access road and concrete pavement of the parking spaces are repaired, lawns destroyed by the construction measures are repaired. The measures described are set out in the attached planning documents. The tendered measure is divided into four lots. - Lot 1: civil engineering works and sewer rehabilitation; - Lot 2: electrical work; - Lot 3: open-air installations; - Lot 4: Building services and ancillary services.
