… in the structure - Ventilation of the structure - Road safety for construction site installation area New installation opening A larger installation opening of 150 cm diameter is required for the installation of the building technology for the ice storage tank. For this purpose, the following work will be carried out: - Clearance terrain - Removal and lateral storage of the topsoil - Production of a excavation pit with a floor area of 3 m x 3 m and a depth of approx. 1.90 m incl. installation - Assistive support in the structure - Cutting of a round opening with a diameter of 200 cm into the barrel vault - Excavation and disposal of the free-cut circular concrete disc - Production of a curved reinforcing ring made of reinforced concrete in the incised opening incl. gluing of reinforcement into the stock - Loose installation of a reinforced concrete manhole cover with a diameter of 180 cm, in which a smaller opening with a diameter of 60 cm is integrated. (The cover is initially laid out only loosely, so that it can be removed from other trades.) - Provisional covering of the smaller opening Measures Existing shafts The existing shafts are to be preserved in order to use them for ventilation purposes. The following work is to be carried out on the existing shafts: - Removal of shaft lids of existing shafts - New reinforced concrete shaft lids in in-situ concrete construction including bonding of reinforcement - Implementation of ventilation pipes through the shaft lids - Remediation of masonry at the bricked northern shaft - Leakage strips of gravel around the new shaft lids Measures Concrete repair - Cleaning and removal of loose parts of the coating inside the building - Removal of swollen bitumen on the joints - Removal of hollow layers and damaged areas in the floor slab, on the vault and on the walls - Removal of hollow layers and damaged areas on the hollow throat between the floor slab and the vault - Reprofiling of the damaged and defective areas including substrate preparation and application bonding bridge - Rigid compression of the longitudinal cracks in the barrel vault - Rigid pressing of the cracks in the floor slab
