… removal and disposal of the existing sole seals including screw connections - collecting, conveying, loading and disposing of the waste residues trapped in the seal residues (plastic bags, drift material, waste, etc.) - repair of steel works: repair a rail (component component of high-alloy steel) on site in Wehrfeld 2, according to the welding instruction to be finished in coordination with AG - Renew corrosion protection in the surfaces below the seals and terminal strips on the upper and lower guards and on the backside on site - Corrosion protection terminal strips in the AN plant: - Preparation of anti-corrosion plan - Decoating - Surface preparation Radiation SA 2.5 - Base, intermediate and topcoat according to BAW list System 3⁄4 - Supply and installation of the new sole seal including perforations (examination of existing plan) Cleaning of the existing steel components in the area of the sole seals to be installed on the upper and lower contactor and in the area of the under seal stop Unterschütz on the sole - Bonding of the new sole seal with the existing side seals in each case on the upper and lower contactor - Provide and install underlining of the new sole seals if necessary to compensate for any deformations - Removal and replacement of the newly coated clamping strips on the upper and lower contactor in the course of the seal assembly - Test operation dry and wet together with AG - Construction field return to the WSA
