What the buyer is looking for
The entire stairwell will be repainted on the walls and ceilings or on the undersides of the stairs. Previously, existing damage areas and cracks in the plaster will be repaired or worked on. In the basement area of the stairwell, up to a height of 1.20 m, an additional latex paint will be applied to facilitate cleaning in the event of soiling. The existing surface-mounted cable ducts will be replaced with fire-protected surface-mounted cable ducts. For the required RWA system and the future fibre-optic expansion, the necessary cables or empty ducts will be installed. New sensor-controlled lamps will be installed in the hallway and cellar.In order to maintain the necessary fire protection, fire doors to the roof point and access to the basement will be installed (T-30 RS). All entrance doors to the attices will be replaced (Td-door). RWA windows will be installed in the stairwells, including supply and control.
