… security with an available or built security system of electricity metering panels, transformer stations and the electricity distribution network, and security of employees in the performance of their duties, as well as construction of a new security system (where and when necessary) of panels for electricity meters and transformer stations, on the territory of the Contracting Authority, in order to maintain the losses of electricity in the guarded sites and lower them to the amount of 5% on a monthly basis. 4. Providing round-the-clock armed physical security of infrastructure sites on the license territory of the Contracting Authority. 5. Providing monitoring (round-the-clock monitoring of the alarm system) of sites located on the license territory of the Contracting Authority.
