… Authority, for objective reasons, has not been able to complete the procedure for appointing a new contractor for the performance of the services under this procedure, this contract shall continue to be in force until the final completion of the procedures and the conclusion of a new contract, subject to the requirements of Article 116 of the Public Procurement Act. The estimated value has been determined in accordance with Article 21(8)(1).
