The ‘Happy Childhood’ kindergarten has found crèche groups operating in the described building, whose renovation and modernization is aimed at raising children from 10 months to three years of age. The building is a fourth category, according to Art. 137, para 1, item 4, b. "b" of the Spatial Development Act Technical - economic and structural indicators: Total built-up area - 1090,00 m2 and total built-up area - 1957,00 m2 (a) The investment project should be developed in the "Working" phase and should contain the following parts: • "Architectural" • "Constructive" • "Electro" • "WSS" • "HVAC" • "Energy Efficiency" • "Fire Safety" • "Park and Public Works" • "Geodesy" • "PBZ" • "PUSO" • "Design Documentation" • and other necessary for the issuance of a Building Permit in accordance with Ordinance No 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects.
