… for the performance of a public contract relating to: ‘Functional inspections and repairs of lifting equipment in BDZ Cargo EOOD’s divisions for a period of one year’ (Annex No 1 to the documentation). The repairs are carried out in compliance with the requirements of NBETNS, the technical documentation of the respective facility, as well as the conditions and parameters determined by its manufacturer. In the event that during the execution of the contract there is a need to carry out construction and installation works on a crane road, the CONTRACTOR should submit a certificate of registration in the Central Professional Register of Builders (CPRB) for the execution of individual types of construction and installation works (CMP), according to the National Classification of Economic Activities (NICE-2008), item "Construction", with code 42.12 - Construction of underground and ground railroads, or use a subcontractor who holds such a registration, for which he will submit a certificate. The contracting authority reserves the right to replace the lifting equipment referred to in the ‘List of lifts’.
