… (supply - 75,14745 MWh and distribution - 75,14745 MWh), includes the performance of the following activities in the public interest within the meaning of Article 178b of the Energy Act: - Supply of natural gas from a final supplier within the meaning of Article 178a(1) of the Energy Act and § 1(28a)(b) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Energy Act to sites of the Military Clubs and Military Recreation Executive Agency - final customer within the meaning of § 1(27d) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Energy Act, connected to the gas distribution network for the respective licensing territory, under publicly known general conditions in accordance with Article 183a of the Energy Act and - Transmission on the gas distribution network of the respective licensing territory of the natural gas consumed by the sites of the Military Clubs and Military Recreation Executive Agency under publicly known general conditions in accordance with Article 183b of the Energy Act. The contract performance conditions are described in the Technical Specifications for the lots concerned as well as in this Opening Decision.
