… Procurement Act, the procedure under Article 20(2)(2) in conjunction with Article 18(1)(12) of the Public Procurement Act – ‘Public Competition’ procedure is applicable. The estimated value of Lot 1 is EUR 22 978.33 net of VAT. The estimated value of Lot 2 is EUR 3 480,00 net of VAT. The total estimated value of this contract is EUR 26 458.33 net of VAT. The estimated value of Lot No 2 is less than 20% (approximately 13.15%) of the total estimated value of the contract, which is why, on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No 2 will be awarded in the order of award of the individual and estimated value, i.e. in accordance with Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act – by direct award. Pursuant to Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) and taking into account the total estimated value of the entire contract (EUR 26 458.33 excluding VAT), the residual value of EUR 22 978.33 excluding VAT (appearing estimated value for lot No 1) is awarded by this public contract – through a ‘Public Competition’ in accordance with Article 18(1)(12) of the Public Procurement Act.
