Maintenance cleaning (suction) of the dirt trap mats is carried out by a contracted cleaning service provider. The contractor (AN) shall provide the customer (AG) with the dirt trap mats for the internal service network Potsdam in the condition specified below as well as the number and size per property specified in Annex 3.0 (laying plan) as basic equipment. The first delivery as well as the exact location and the respective exchange dates for each property are to be agreed by the Contractor with the Client immediately after placing the order. Property mats: In addition, individual locations of Lots 1, 3 and 4 use property mats (partly including imprint). These are each available in duplicate, so that these mats - without additional leasing - must also be included in the regular change. (The quality of the mats meets the requirements for the quality of the dirt trap mats set out in this invitation to tender). Sustainability: Only environmentally friendly, non-irritating materials and cleaning agents that do not pose a health hazard/odour nuisance shall be used. As proof of sustainable corporate management, the certificate of DIN EN ISO 50001 must be proven upon submission of the offer. The dirt trap mats are to be cleaned professionally, thoroughly and gently according to modern procedures. The contractor must always perform the services in such a way that they are in perfect cleaning condition. The degree of pollution (due to weather conditions) at the time of cleaning must be taken into account. The dirt trap mats must give a neat, well-groomed and clean impression. Basic requirements for the condition of the dirt mats: -surface material: High twist nylon flor -Color: dark grey -Step/safety edge at least 15 mm, max. 30 mm -Total height at least 6.5 mm, max. 12.5 mm -tread-proof, non-slip mat surface -non-slip mat back made of nitrile rubber -antistatic effect -flame retardant (fire protection building material class B1) Property visits: Before drawing up and submitting the tender, it is necessary to inspect the locations where the services are to be provided. Subsequent objections, due to local peculiarities, are not permitted. By signing the tender letter (form D.0), the tenderer confirms that he knows the objects.
