… loading the cleaning goods onto rubble or intermediate storage facilities on areas of the site. In addition, about 3,000 m2 of steel water components must be cleaned under tight conditions when installed. These include the upper and lower gates as well as the operating locks of the lock system. The surfaces to be cleaned are mostly under water when the lock is operated. The drainage of the lock is carried out in advance for this measure mainly by the client (AG). In parts of the base run, the longitudinal and pumping channel, the contractor (AN) must take over the residual water drainage and drainage. The degree of purity must be achieved in such a way that damage to concrete or hydraulic steel structures, in particular cracks, is clearly recognizable for the structural inspection. In this case, shells and algae adhering to the surfaces as well as deposited sludge, scrap and debris of any kind and of different sizes or the like must be removed from the lock. The total amount of clearing material to be removed from the areas to be cleaned is approximately 750 tons.
