The listed Gothic Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Stendal (beginning of construction around 1420) is a high-quality testimony to Hanseatic North German brick architecture, for which the large inventory of original lead glass windows is characteristic as an outstanding feature. The planned measure (3.BA) provides for the restoration of walls and vaults in the nave and in the south transept. On the brick surfaces of the inner walls and columns there is a white color setting (1950), which is to be removed and produced with a red-colored glue color retouching or a new version in the typical brick red. The vaults are painted with lime or glue paint. Their repainting is part of the planned services. The implementation of the construction measure of the 3.BA is divided into 3 subsections, in which the trades have to move and work interdependently. The work is carried out under constant technical supervision by the responsible monument protection authorities. The services covered by the invitation to tender in lot 10.1 comprise the services provided by the Health and Safety Coordinator for the services provided, which must be carried out in advance. 11 lots will be awarded. All tendered services must be carried out by experienced safety and health coordinators with experience in the construction of monuments.
