… accession or conclusion of a contract can take place within the 24-month period on the first of each month. There is a right of termination 6 weeks at the end of each month in accordance with the provisions of the contract. Further information on termination options can be found in the contract documents. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse reserves the right to replace the non-exclusive Open House discount contracts with exclusive discount contracts during the contract period as part of Europe-wide tender procedures. With the entry into force of tendered, exclusive discount contracts, the Open House contracts are terminated in accordance with the contractual regulation, i.e. the Open House contracts end automatically. Potential contractors can request the contract information as well as the contract documents. The documents should preferably be submitted ELECTRONICally with a qualified electronic signature and sent by e-mail to the mailbox: [email protected]. Alternatively, the documents can be hand-signed. The signed documents in SCHRIFTFORM are in duplicate (must be scanned in advance to the e-mail address: [email protected]) in the original to the following address: AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse, Strategic Contract Management Medicines, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Potential contractual partners can, after registration, request the activation of the procurement documents in the project room for the open house procedure on the portal www.dtvp.de and access the contract information and the contract documents after activation. A link to the portal can be found in this notice (under 5.1.11 procurement documents). Further communication takes place exclusively by e-mail via the above-mentioned mailbox. Only pharmaceutical companies are eligible as potential contractors. The documents of the open house procedure are only released to pharmaceutical companies as potential contractual partners and must be treated strictly confidentially. By requesting the activation by the companies, the confidential treatment of the documents is confirmed. Contracts for the above-mentioned active substance will be concluded for the first time with effect from 01.12.2026. Interested parties who wish to become contractual partners on this date must submit the contractual documents to the AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse by 31 October 2026. It depends on the access at the AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Note: The first award in this procedure will be made no earlier than 10 calendar days after the publication of this EU notice in the Official Journal. Subsequent contracts may be concluded on the first of each month during the 24-month maximum period. In the case of interested parties who wish to become contractual partners on these follow-up dates, the receipt of the contract documents including the annexes must be made by the end of the contract period at the latest.
