What the buyer is looking for
Acquisition of the basics of English economic language, regional and economic studies Framework contract for 3 years with the extension option of up to 2 years pursuant to § 15(4) UVgO, or § 21(6) VgV in conjunction with § 65(2) VgV. 1 call per year is planned. The measure has a duration of one week with 40 teaching units (UE). Four weeks before the start of the respective measure, the BFD Stuttgart checks whether there are sufficient registrations and informs the Contractor of the result by e-mail. The actual retrieval of the measure is then carried out by the AG in a timely manner. Claims for damages in the event of failure or non-occurrence of a measure are excluded. If necessary due to a high number of participants, it is possible for the client (but not the obligation) to have an additional measure of the same content carried out at the same place and under the same conditions in connection with the respective measure and in consultation with the contractor.
