Stage) for the delivery period 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 (delivery contract performance year 2027). The prices of the offer are binding for the delivery period 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 of the contract period of the framework contract. For the following contract years (2028 to 2030), the second Level with the companies with which in the 1. stage a framework agreement has been concluded, an annual price query has been carried out. The most economical tender (award criterion 100% price) will then be determined from these quotes and the contract (supply contract) will be awarded for the respective performance year (01/01 to 31/12). On the basis of the supply order, the specific individual orders are then triggered by the customer. Type of service: Deliverables Quantity and scope: Estimated annual demand for office supplies (excerpts): - 165 pieces storage boxes, - 180 workbooks, - 160,000 envelopes, - 620 pieces corner clamp A4, - 600 pieces of fineliner, - 1050 pieces half-stitcher, - 450 packages of staples, - 700 pcs calendar (book/table/wall calendar), - 500 pieces of correction rollers/refills, - 940 pieces ballpoint pens/mines, - 500 pcs marker light pins, - 845 pieces folder, - 7600 pendulum staplers, - 620 pieces of writing pads, - 150 pieces pens whiteboard, - 180 packs of cleaning cloths for PC screen. The maximum contractual quantity of the framework agreement is 420% of the estimated annual demand for office supplies. The 420 % consists of 4 contract years × 100 % annual requirement (= 400 %) and a calculated additional requirement of 5 % per contract year (= 20 %). A maximum contractual value in euro shall not be established. The framework agreement will be contractually limited to the maximum quantity indicated above.
