What the buyer is looking for
The Bundesverwaltungsgericht (Federal Administrative Court) and the Bundesgerichtshof (Federal Court of Justice) are responsible for the content of the entire administrative, civil and criminal case law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Federal Court of Justice also documents decisions of supranational and foreign courts, the main focus of which lies in the ordinary courts. They cooperate in a documentation network with the other federal courts and the Federal Constitutional Court. … documentation network. The software required for the activity as well as documentation instructions are provided. In total, it is planned to award an annual volume of approximately 26,250 decisions, i.e. approximately 500 decisions per lot in 21 identical lots. This is an estimate, so the deviation in the number of decisions actually to be processed can be up to 25% upwards or downwards. It does not guarantee the commissioning of certain quantities or order volumes, nor is there an obligation to call up a certain minimum volume, insofar as sufficient budgetary resources are not made available by the legislator to the two consumers for this purpose. The fixed duration of the contract will be 2.5 years. For this purpose, a framework agreement is concluded between the providers and the Federal Republic of Germany for the Federal Administrative Court and the Federal Court of Justice on the basis of the tender documents.
