The framework contract to be concluded will cover each contractor individually those set out in the specifications (Annex 1 to the framework contract) the ranges of services for which the conditions for admission with the Approval applications have been submitted. Specific contracts awarded on the basis of the framework contract concluded may: all services or only parts of one or more service ranges include those for which a contractor has been authorised. The open house procedure runs from publication until 14.08.2028 and can be be extended twice by one year. Approval applications and therefore also the A framework contract may be concluded for the entire duration of the Open house procedure. A framework contract enters into force with the approval of an interested party and ends subject to renewal options on 14.08.2028. The framework contract may - analogous to the open house procedure - due to the extension option twice be extended until 14.08.2029 and 14.08.2030 respectively.
