Art der Leistung: Die Stadt Köln (Auftraggeberin) schreibt die Dienstleistungen für die Transporte der Wahlmöbel und Wahlkoffer zur Durchführung der Landtagswahl 2027 ab Zuschlagserteilung (Beginn der Kommunikation) bis zum 03.05.2027 an ein Unternehmen (Auftragnehmer) öffentlich aus. Der Auftrag erfolgt im Wege der Gesamtvergabe. Zu den Wahlmöbeln zählen die Wahlurnen, Tischwahlkabinen und Papiertüten (sogenannte Hausmeistertüten). Auf dem Flächengebiet der Stadt Köln werden zur Landtagswahl 2027 insgesamt 503 Wahlbezirke mit ebenso vielen Wahlräumen gebildet, die alle mit Wahlmöbeln ausgestattet werden müssen. Die 503 Wahlräume sind in circa 180 Wahlgebäuden untergebracht. Überwiegend handelt es sich hierbei um städtische Schulen und öffentliche Verwaltungsgebäude. Wahlräume befinden sich ebenfalls in Pfarrheimen, Bürgerzentren und sonstigen Lokalitäten. Wahlkoffer sind eigenständig zu betrachten. Die Wahl wird am 25.04.2027 stattfinden. Menge und Umfang: Für die Wahl am 25.04.2027 sind an Wahlmöbeln zu befördern: circa 600 Wahlurnen (aus Kunststoff), circa 1.100 Wahlkabinen (zur Aufstellung auf Tische), circa 2.200 Kunststoffecken zur Aufstellung der Wahlkabinen (voraussichtlich Transport in den Wahlurnen; keine zusätzliche Transportfläche erforderlich) circa 200 Papiertüten einschließlich Inhalt (sogenannte Hausmeistertüten) sowie circa 600 Wahlkoffer.
