Ausländische Bewerber/Bewerberinnen können die Eintragung in das jeweilige Berufs- oder Handelsregister ihres Sitzstaates durch Vorlage entsprechender Unterlagen gemäß den lokalen Bestimmungen vorlegen. (6) Für den Fall, dass DLR-interne Kunden direkt Anbieter für Anliegen/Beauftragungen ansprechen, wird die Informationsweitergabe an POE gefordert (siehe Standard-Rahmenvertrag). BMWK Eigenerklärung (Russlandzugehörigkeit) Die VO 2024/1865 erweitert die VO 833/2014, in der eine Wiederausfuhr nach Russland und die Wiederausfuhr zur Verwendung in Russland untersagt wird, auch auf Belarus. Der Bieter erklärt mit der Eigenerklärung gemäß Art. 5k der VO 833/2014, dass sich seine Geschäftstätigkeiten ebenfalls nicht auf Belarus erstrecken (siehe Bewerbungsunterlagen 04 Eignungsgrundlagen-Anlage 04) Der Auftraggeber wird nach Bewerbungseingang das Nichtvorliegen von Ausschlussgründen sowie eine etwaige Selbstreinigung gemäß §125 GWB prüfen und erforderlichenfalls eine den gesetzlichen Vorgaben entsprechende Entscheidung über den Ausschluss des Bewerbers treffen. Der Nachweis erfolgt über die Erklärung zu den Ausschlussgründen gemäß §§123, 124 GWB. Der Nachweis wird erbracht durch Eigenerklärung (siehe Dokument 04 Eignungsgrundlagen).
