What the buyer is looking for
The objectives of this contract are fourfold: 1. Provide examples (both domestic and foreign) to arrive at a qualitative communicative monitoring product 2. Establish a monitoring framework for the monitoring of the whole of the Policy Plan Space Flanders (for the operational policy frameworks and for the strategic vision) 3. Facilitate an interactive process to set up the BRV monitoring and thus define and describe the concrete indicators of each policy framework and for the strategic vision conceptually and technically. 4. In consultation with the contracting authority, and within the framework of the sub-budget proposed by the tenderer, a concrete technical baseline of these indicators will be produced for some of the new indicators, for which sufficient and appropriate data are already available. Plots / Lots: see specifications.
