Designation of independent insurance broker for the guidance of the tender and the management of various insurances

Audit and supervision of the procedure (one procedure for all policies of all entities) relating to the insurance policies: a. The review and analysis of current and future risks and needs for all policies. b. The in-depth (insurance and legal) analysis throughout the process of designating the insurer(s). The staff to be assigned to this contract must have the necessary knowledge of public procurement law, as well as the necessary knowledge in the field of insurance. The contractor also leads any negotiations. Guidance on public contracts for the designated insurance policies with insurers includes advice on the method of placement, the drafting of the contractual, administrative and technical provisions, the analysis of the offers, the negotiations, the preparation of the review report (selection/award), the review of the policies after the award, ... (non-exhaustive). The Central Catholic School Committee of Antwerp vzw will do the publication of the assignment and the opening of the offers itself. 2. Operational brokerage and management: This assignment covers the entire portfolio of the insurance policies of the Centraal Katholiek Schoolcommissie van Antwerpen vzw (Central Catholic School Committee of Antwerp vzw) and the affiliated non-profit associations, including BA Directors' Liability, legal aid, all risks of electronics, fire policy, accidents at work, BA Uitbating Onderwijs, BA Uitbating MFC, omnium dienst opdrachten, autoverzekering en cyberpolis (new to be subscribed), ... The management and follow-up of the insurance policies taken out includes both the effective policy management and the handling of any claims in cooperation with the internal managers of the Centraal Katholiek Schoolcommissie van Antwerpen vzw (Central Catholic School Committee of Antwerp vzw). Plots / Lots: The Centraal Katholiek Schoolcommissie van Antwerpen vzw wishes to issue a public contract for the services of an insurance broker with a view to concluding a framework agreement for insurance, for all insurance policies of the Centraal Katholiek Schoolcommissie van Antwerpen vzw and its affiliated non-profit associations (see I.2). The services of the appointed independent insurance broker will be used to conclude the framework insurance contract for the Central Catholic School Committee of Antwerp vzw and the affiliated non-profit associations (see I.2). Given the very specific subject matter, it was decided to appoint an external independent insurance broker/consultant. After all, technical knowledge of insurance is indispensable for a correct coverage description and assessment of the offers in order to ensure a good price/quality ratio of the chosen insurances. The management of insurance policies after the award of the framework agreement is also part of this contract.
