What the buyer is looking for
The City of Genk is the owner of a project area located on the former football field A square of KFC Winterslag, accessible via the Noordlaan and Brikkenovenstraat. This area is within the scope of the BPA Winterslag 41 "Tuinwijk West nr. 41. The contract is qualified as a public contract for services for the preparation of a development plan, the commercial development of private residential entities, the design of the private green environment and the public infrastructure. The subject matter of the contract is the award of a right in rem (partial property right and part building right) in the project area with a view to realising a residential development. The City of Genk wishes to offer the land and development possibilities to the market through a competitive procedure with negotiation. On this basis, the City of Genk wishes to be able to obtain the best conditions for the project area in an objective and transparent manner.
