Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture et le traitement de données cartographiques en lien avec la mobilité et les équipements urbains associés sur le territoire de la Ville de Liège par un relevé sur terrain réalisé par la technique du « mobile mapping ». Le « mobile mapping » ou « cartographie mobile » est un processus de collecte de données à grande échelle à partir d’un véhicule en mouvement. Cette collecte permet, via traitement et analysis, la géolocalisation et le référencement d’équipements, d’infrastructures, de bâtiments... Les résultats du traitement et de l’analyse des données collectées doivent être utilisables par les outils cartographiques de la Ville (portail cartographique ESRI sur ArcGIS Enterprise). Les différents éléments faisant l’objet du relevé par mobile mapping sont décrits en détail au chapitre 8. Le relevé concerne l’entièreté des voiries publiques situées sur le territoire de la Ville de Liège hors exceptions listées au chapitre 8. La langue du marché est le français.
