The works will take place in the province of Antwerp in the municipalities of Merksplas and Turnhout. The location of the plots on which works are planned is shown in the attached maps. The works will take place in a Special Protection Area (SPA). The site was designated by the European Union as a Habitats Directive area and is part of the Natura 2000 network. As a result, a number of vegetations and habitats are protected in addition to a whole list of rare animal species (species and habitats of the Habitats Directive). These works are aimed at restoring these Natura 2000 habitats. Nature of the assignment The works cover different work zones and include the supply and installation of grazing grids.
