Le Prestataire de services est tenu de procéder à des inspections, de surveiller l’exécution des travaux par les entrepreneurs, de vérifier la conformité des matériaux et des ouvrages réalisés, de tenir à jour les registres et documents de suivi, ainsi que de rendre compte de l’avancement des travaux, le tout dans le strict respect de la législation ukrainienne, notamment de la Loi relative aux activités architecturales, de la Loi relative à la réglementation des activités d’urbanisme, de la Procédure de supervision technique (Résolution n° 903) et des normes nationales de construction applicables.
